This is a Yugoslavian M48 rifle, with Zrak ON-M76B scope attached. These were done as expedient snipers by the Bosnian forces in the Bosnian War of the 1990's. I found it when perusing the sales section of forums.gunboards.com.
The most interesting thing is the graffiti on the side, which says "Enver Imamovic" and is the same placement and style as the more carved Bosnian sniper on my page here: partisanrifles.weebly.com/mauser-k98k-sniper-bosnia This shows either the name Enver Imamovic was of a sniper unit, or it was the name of the person who used these two rifles. Though the names are spelled differently, I wouldn't doubt somebody half-literate would misspell them that way.
