This is a Yugoslavian M59/66 SKS rifle probably used by a Croatian in the Croatian or Bosnian War. This assumption is based on the use of Latin characters instead of Cyrillic, though this is not always the case; but the names do not sound Bosnian. The various names were probably members of the soldier's platoon.
